Leasing Process

With HOCH, leasing is as easy as 1-2-3!

​1. Pick a Spot

• Scroll through the current openings to view what apartments are available
• View photos and floor plans online to find the apartment style that works best for you

2. Apply Online

• Fill out a free application online - Applications for 2024-25 will open on September 1, 2023
• If applying to live with friends, each person must submit their own application and list each other as roommates

3. Sign the Lease

• Leases offers for 2024-25 are sent starting November 1, 2023
• ​Applicants will get an email with a link to view and sign the lease electronically
• ​A PDF is available to print/save once all parties have signed
• A security deposit is due within two weeks of the lease being offered – more information on how to pay this is available once the lease is complete
