Information for Current Tenants:
Lease Renewals / Roommate Switches for 2023-24
Renewal leases are now available for 2023-24. All current tenants are asked to let us know their intent for renewal through the form below. Current tenants have priority until November 1st if they want to lease the same apartment for next year. Requests on or after November 1 will be granted based on availability. You can check the website at any time to view the number of remaining apartments for the upcoming year.

If you plan to renew for your current apartment:
Once confirmed, a new lease will be available to sign on your Tenant Portal, typically within 48 hours. If there are any roommate changes for next year you can write in the names of who will be on the next lease. Remember that any new tenants will need to fill out an application through the website. Current tenants who renew their apartment by November 1 receive the 2022-23 rental rates.

If you are requesting an apartment change:
Please note the requested apartment or style on the form as well as any changes in roommates. Leases for new apartments will be offered on November 1 based on availability. You can request a style change within the same building or to a different property.
If you are not planning to renew with us:
Select that you do not intend to renew your lease. You can request a renewal later if you change your mind.
Julien Heights & Hillcrest Parking Changes: Starting with 2023-24 leases there is a change to parking at Hillcrest and Julien Heights. Tenants here will have the option to purchase a permit for the Main (lower) lot, or register for a free permit to park in the Fairview (upper) or extended lots. This will help tenants who use their vehicles regularly to have it nearby, while tenants who use their vehicles rarely or only on breaks can still have a nearby spot. If there are questions on this, please let us know.
We will accept renewal requests until all apartments for the upcoming year are filled.
