New apartments coming August 2024

We are excited to announce a new building will be joining the neighborhood with ! The new building, set to open August 2024, will feature a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments as well as gathering spaces for tenants of all three buildings. These spaces will include social and study lounges, a fitness center, a convenience store, and an outdoor patio. With the growing population at Michigan Tech we know there is a need for additional housing close to campus and easily accessible to students, faculty, and staff. Sitting between the center of the main campus and the SDC and Tech Trails, this will be a great option to stay close to campus without having to live on! We will post more updates here as we have them.
Additional parking coming August 2023

To help address the growing community we have, there will be expanded parking opening at the end of this summer! The new building will be located near our current buildings, . This means that some parking will shift east. The north lot (shown below in green) and the south lot (in blue) are current parking areas that will remain in use this summer and in the future. The new expanded east lot (shown in yellow) will open at the end of the summer and accommodate the shifted spots as well as additional spaces for future tenants. We will continue to post updates here, and tenants should keep an eye on their email for any parking changes as construction continues.
